Scope of Work

Materials & Process

Walls throughout most of the home were painted with Sherwin-Williams Cashmere/Benjamin Moore Ultra Spec, with bathroom walls and ceilings painted in a Duration finish for extra durability. Ceilings elsewhere were painted with Sherwin-Williams Promar 200/Benjamin Moore SuperHide in flat white, and trim and doors with Sherwin-Williams ProClassic/Benjamin Moore Scuff-X in semi-gloss white.

Before painting, all floors and furniture were covered and protected with drop cloths and plastic sheeting, cracks and nail holes were caulked and filled, and glossy surfaces and trim were sanded and cleaned to ensure proper paint adhesion. Kitchen and bathroom cabinets were degreased, had doors and drawers removed, were lightly sanded and primed, then re-sanded and sprayed before all pieces were reinstalled.
