The home's dated gold and tan tones were replaced with a fresh, neutral palette throughout, including a sage-green accent wall in one of the living spaces.

Scope of Work

Materials & Process

Walls throughout the home were painted with Sherwin-Williams Cashmere and Benjamin Moore Ultra Spec, ceilings with Sherwin-Williams ProMar 200 and Benjamin Moore SuperHide in a flat white, and trim and doors with Sherwin-Williams ProClassic and Benjamin Moore Scuff-X in a semi-gloss white. Ceilings in the breakfast, kitchen, and master areas were drywalled and re-textured where needed before priming and painting.

Floors and furniture were covered and protected with drop cloths and plastic sheeting, cracks and nail holes were caulked and filled, and glossy trim surfaces were sanded for proper paint adhesion throughout the project.
