This Georgetown, TX 78626 project brought a full interior repaint to a vacant home on Summer Azure St, replacing a mix of teal blue, blue-gray, and olive-green walls throughout the bedrooms, bathrooms, entry way, hallways, laundry room, office, formal dining, and living room/kitchen/dining areas with a warm, consistent neutral tan.

With the home empty of furniture and belongings, the crew was able to fully repaint walls, ceilings, baseboards, doors and frames, window sills, and crown molding throughout, including a pantry closet, giving the entire home a clean, move-in-ready look.

Materials & Process

Walls were repainted with Sherwin-Williams ProMar 200 in an eggshell finish and neutral warm tan color throughout the home's 10-foot peak ceilings. Ceilings were finished in Sherwin-Williams ProMar 200 flat in a matching neutral shade, and trim, doors, and frames were painted with Sherwin-Williams ProClassic/Emerald in a semi-gloss white.

Closets were not included in the scope except for the pantry closet off the living room/kitchen/dining area. Doors were painted on one side unless the room on both sides was included in the project, and all closet doors were painted on both sides.
