Materials & Process
Interior walls were painted primarily in Sherwin-Williams Duration, with Benjamin Moore Regal Select used for a girls' bedroom. Ceilings used Sherwin-Williams ProMar 200 / Benjamin Moore Super Hide in flat white, and all trim and doors were finished in Sherwin-Williams ProClassic / Benjamin Moore Scuff-X semi-gloss white. The kids' room built-in cabinetry was cleaned, sanded, primed, and sprayed in Sherwin-Williams Emerald Urethane for a durable, factory-smooth finish.
Interior prep included floor and furniture protection, caulking and filling of cracks and nail holes, and sanding of glossy trim surfaces for adhesion. Exterior prep included pressure washing prior to painting, along with repair or replacement of any rotted or damaged wood identified during the walkthrough.
