The Hill Country Experience
A real Lakeway project that reflects the care, communication, and craftsmanship our clients can expect.

Perched above a quiet cove on Lake Travis, this Lakeway estate is built in the hill country's Mediterranean tradition, with a multi-story stucco tower wrapped in arched loggias, a terra cotta tile roofline, and stone masonry rising to meet wrought iron balustrades at every level. It's the kind of architecture that doesn't forgive shortcuts: dozens of distinct wall planes, arches, and rooflines, each one visible from the water and from every neighboring hillside home.
Our work here was about restraint as much as skill: recoating the exterior's ivory stucco to its original tone across every tower face and breezeway, protecting the stone accents and iron railings rather than disturbing them, and keeping the home's signature red-trimmed windows and doors crisp against the surrounding tile and stonework. The result reads exactly as it should: not like a paint job, but like a home that was simply, quietly, taken care of.
