• Cover and protect all floors, furniture, and countertops with drop cloths and plastic sheeting
• Caulk and fill all cracks and nail holes as needed

• Paint walls and door frame in the kitchen
• Paint walls in the entry way/hallway, stairwell, and loft area
• Paint walls in the front bedroom, back bedroom, and master bedroom

• Clean kitchen cabinets with a degreaser and remove all doors and drawers
• Lightly sand and prime cabinet surfaces, then re-sand and spray paint both sides of doors and drawers
• Reinstall all cabinet doors, drawers, and hardware upon completion
