Materials & Process
The stucco and siding were repainted with Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint/Benjamin Moore Ultra Spec Exterior in a warm tan/gold tone, while the soffit, fascia, and covered porch ceilings were finished in a dark brown/honey tone for contrast. The garage doors were repainted to match the darker trim color.
Prep work included a full power wash of all exterior surfaces, caulking wood-to-wood joints and holes, scraping and sanding any loose or flaking paint, and masking windows, landscaping, and other surfaces not being painted.
