Materials & Process
The stucco and siding were repainted with Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint and Emerald over a Loxon DTM primer in a flat sheen, using four color tones across the home's stucco, stone trim, and accent surfaces. Wood doors and porch ceilings were finished with Sherwin-Williams Woodscapes solid stain.
Before painting, the entire exterior was power washed, wood-to-wood joints were caulked and filled, loose or flaking paint was scraped and sanded, and surfaces not being painted were masked and protected. Rotted or damaged wood trim identified during the walkthrough was repaired or replaced as part of the project.
