Materials & Process

The exterior was painted with Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint and Benjamin Moore Ultra Spec Exterior in a similar two-tone color scheme to the home's original palette, giving the stucco a refreshed, updated look while keeping the natural stone accents unpainted.

Prep work included power washing the entire exterior, caulking all wood-to-wood joints and filling holes, scraping or sanding any areas of loose or flaking paint, and repairing rotted or damaged wood, including a fascia corner, before priming and painting. The project also included a two-year workmanship warranty.
