Materials & Process
Exterior surfaces were painted with Sherwin-Williams Latitude in a satin finish, using a greige tone for the main body and SW3507 Riverwood as an accent, applied as a single consistent color scheme across both the house and detached garage building.
Before painting, surfaces were power washed, wood-to-wood joints were caulked, loose or flaking paint was scraped and sanded, exposed wood was spot-primed, and unpainted surfaces were masked and protected. Two rotted corner "dog ear" trim pieces on the detached garage were replaced prior to painting.
