Materials & Process

Exterior siding, soffit, and fascia on all four sides of the home were power washed, scraped and sanded to remove loose or flaking paint, and repaired where needed before priming and topcoat. The home was finished using Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint and Benjamin Moore Ultra Spec exterior products, matched to the existing color and sheen at heights of up to 22 feet along the barn-style elevations.

All wood-to-wood joints were caulked and surfaces not being painted were masked and protected throughout the project.
